Hopefully this helps you with some ideas on reading at home with your child. As you can see in the video, we do not read that much text but we discuss the text and other things seen in the pictures.

Above you will find some recommended books for years 1 to 6. They are just a small snippet of the books your child could read at home. These leaflets can be found in the school library if you would like a paper copy instead. Reading a selection of genres and authors will build your child's enthusiasm for reading and broaden their vocabulary too.
