Class 2 stepped back in history to spend the day as Tudors today. They arrived at Kentwell Hall, exchanged their modern money for Tudor coins and walked through the time tunnel to finally find themselves in Tudor England. They had an extremely interesting and educational day which they spent taking part in different Tudor activities including wood cutting, working with a black smith, creating the Tudor delicacy of pottage and washing their clothes ‘the Tudor way’.
Thank you also for your generosity in supporting the EYFS ‘Rainbow Day’. In total they managed to raise £225.45.
The children dressed in blue and bought cupcakes to raise money for UNICEF.
The children had an extremely busy day at The Natural History Museum on Tuesday.
